  2. Here’s a Google Forms version of SAFI I made to use with students for peer review, etc.

    Follow the steps below to use it:

    1) Go to: http://tinyurl.com/GoogleSAFI
    2) In the upper right corner, click “Sign In.” Log in with your Google Account.
    3) Click File > Make a Copy
    4) Rename the file for your class.
    5) Click Form > Send Form and send it to your students. Alternatively, you can send the link of the form to your students.
    6) Student answers will populate in the spreadsheet.
    7) Delete the instructions in orange!
